These chick-free (thank God😇) nuggets were pretty impressive! I enjoyed them hot, nice & crispy after airfrying for 10 min @180C

With some help together we made this not-so-complete #veganbigbreakfast #inspired - for a Sunday brunch 🤣

ft. sausage, steamed vege, homemade (pathetic) hash browns, ciabatta & tiny dollops of cold cajun mayo

I haven't had nuggets in the longest time ever, and these were simply perfect for a rare treat 💁
