Review of Grilled Vegetable With Hassleback Spinach Vegan Feta Roll at Little Farms - Island-wide Delivery by aishahalattas

A bit conflicted with this one. I guess I misunderstood and thought that it would have a spinach feta filling, but instead it was the bread itself that had a spinach feta flavouring and the filling was grilled veg, tempeh and vegan cheese. Loooved the bread I thought they really authentically emulated the spinach feta flavour that i know and love from the Mediterranean food I grew up with. But the filling was meh - unseasoned tempeh, very few grilled veg and non-melty cheese which altogether just didn’t go with the bread. Thought a filling of something like hummus and sundried tomatoes or falafel would’ve been way better
