Review of Just Like Parmesan Wedge - Violife by hbchic

This was my first time trying Violife's parmesan style vegan cheese. I thought it was so cool that you can grate it. The presentation makes it look fun to try. However, it doesn't really have the sharp "parmesean" flavor. I taste more of the salt but it's not bad. I actually say that nutritional yeast alone is closer to parmesan than this.

I have actually made grateable vegan parmesan myself using a recipe online which is much better. It is more convenient to just buy vegan cheeses though.

Price is mid-range considering vegan cheese prices in general.
