Review of Silk Lasagna with Broccoli Riso and Cashew Nut Sand at Joie by tancoul

I liked this dish! I thought the flavours all came together very well and it wasn't heavy. Just a little bit dry hence didn't quite resemble a lasagna. Still enjoyed it overall though! #veganuary
