I missed the yellow wine mee sua soup I used to eat at a coffee shop near to my house. Found this yellow wine that my mom’s friend made for her. So on Saturday dinner we have Yellow Wine Ginger Omnimeat Strip Mee Sua Soup 👩🏻‍🍳 .

1. Put in ginger slices with sesame oil on a cold pan, on the stove and stir fry till fragrant.
2. Add in Omnimeat Strip, stir fry with the gingers and sesame oil.
3. Add in water, seasoned with organic tamari sauce and dark soy sauce. Let it boiled.
4. Once is boiled, add in yellow wine. Stir well and off the stove.
5. Cook the mee sua in another pot. Drained the mee sua and put in a bowl (or Hello Kitty claypot 😄 ).
6. Serve the yellow wine Omnimeat Strip soup over the mee sua and topped with fresh coriander.

Omnimeat Strip is actually my favorite 💚 among the three products, although Omnimeat All-Purpose minced and Luncheon are more popular. I just love the texture and taste, and it is as versatile as all-purpose minced. Do give Omnimeat Strip a try and let me know what’s your thought 😉😉 .
