Flavor? YES! 👍 Texture? NOPE! 👎 These “salmon” strips taste amazing, so close to the real thing, but the texture is awful. It’s chewy and plasticy. To get past that, I chopped some up and mixed it with cream cheese, then spread it on a bagel with some capers & red onion. That ended up being delicious! I would get this again, but beware of the texture. I also like the short, simple ingredients list.
