This is a new limited edition dish on the menu and I loved it! Fried very nicely crispy, and the konnyaku makes for a springy, chewy bite. It even looks flaky on the inside, like more atas fish fingers. The tartar sauce is vegan and lovely as well - lighter than normal tartar sauces, with a touch of something citrus to brighten up the flavour even more. #veganuary
