Review of Pan fried mushroom bun at Lotus Vegetarian Restaurant by serenat

Again, filling is delicious. Not as crispy as we imagined it to be but the bottom has fragrant sesame seeds and adds a nice crunch. The filling tasted similar to the snow flaked lion mane dumplings imo. Skin is a little thick as well😅
