Review of Brochetas De Champiñón at Levél Veggie Bistro by littleveganpanda
Brochetas de champiñón marinadas en tamari y aceite de oliva virgen extra, "asadas" a 41°C durante 2 horas y rellenas con pesto Genovese suavizado con pistachos de Bronte. La textura de los champiñones es increíble pero el sabor del pesto es muy intenso (es el protagonista del plato y no te deja disfrutar de los otros sabores) y viene mucha cantidad. Para mi gusto debería tener menos pesto, pero para al que le gusten los sabores fuertes seguro que esto no es un problema. #veganisnotscary #veganin2020 #mushroom #pesto
