Review of The Tofish Stack at Unity Diner by mayajones
Be warned this is very close to the taste and texture of real sea food that it kinda freaked me out!
Made from tofu, it had ‘calamari’, ‘prawn’ and ‘cod’, and comes with tartare sauce (although I didn’t get much), pickled cabbage and lettuce.
I liked it, but felt I would have preferred it with a more savoury bun than brioche. Although, it was a Saturday and they were inundated with customers.
