Review of Pea Protein Mince - Fry's Family Food by overbergvegan
This is the first time I have used this product. When frying it, the aroma was delicious and the texture was very close to beef mince. I used it with black beans as a filling for flour tortillas in an enchilada dish. I was rather too heavy handed on the chillies and I think the delicate flavour of the mince was a little over powered. Next time I use it, I will try it in a light bolognese sauce.
