This is a 20/10 dish! It is light, crunchy and simply delicious. The little dollop of dairy free mayonnaise substitute on top brings the dish together perfectly! The unagi is crispy and well seasoned. All the flavours are so good and yet it’s so light, I could have 2 servings all by myself! Definitely recommend this dish!!!
