Roasted Chilli Paste and Cashew Nut Noodles

Simply Asia - Benmore Gardens

I got this with small rice noodles and tofu. They have a few options for hotness: standard, medium, hot or chilli free. I didn't want to be lame and get chilli free, but I now know that their "standard" is far higher than my standards and my lips were on fire for ages afterwards 😂. Somehow this didn't detract from the taste and it was very yummy. My only qualm is I would have liked more cashew nuts, but that's just me!
