Review of Toon Rendang Rice at nomVnom Bistro by katherinegloria

I only took a few bites of this to try it out & it was enough for this dish to surprise me. It is slightly spicy & flavourful. I am guessing they used young pulled jackfruit for the “rendang”? I also loved that they made the “anchovies” using fried mushroom stem.
