Apart from the leaking mess (obviously not a biggie) on the bottom, everything about this mousse-y tofu cake was perfect! 😍😋

Expect the same old overused adjectives reserved for desserts 🤣 :: rich, creamy, silky, soft, smooth, decadent, indulgent..

This was forgivingly sweet and I especially adored the contrasting salty crunchy base 🙌 classy act
