I am sorry to disappoint you, and i know, this can be quite tricky, but it confirmed from Nestle side, that the Vitamin D inside of the Cookie crisps is won from sheeps woole, which makes them, not vegan. 

Update: I just found out, that there are versions without Vitamin D. So if it does not contain Vitamin D, it should be vegan.
