I wonder why canola oil isn't more popular. It has healthy fats and can be cooked on very high temperatures. This oil has a vegan butter aroma that is so amazing, even my non-vegan grandma drowns anything in it instead of using butter. It's expensive - like all high quality oils - but sooo worth it.
