Part of the 6 or 7 course meal(depending on time of day), this dish is a creative approach at reinventing Lasagna - Vegan style. Garnished with Cashew Nut Sand, it's more aromatic than your usual cheese filled ones, although, savouriness was expanded. Overall a surprising change in flavour.
