Egg substitute which you can use in recipes that call for eggs (but not a product to make vegan omelette with). It’s decent. Comes with 2 plastic measuring cups which I think is completely unnecessary and not environmentally conscious at all. Usually I choose recipes from vegan food bloggers who don’t use eggs at all but it comes in handy when I cannot find a veganized version of a cake/pastry I’ve been craving for a long time. Be sure to hold your breath while preparing as it smells quite dreadful.
