Review of Carrot Cake - Abe's Vegan Muffins by babsyeats

I'm a huge fan of the Abe's brand in general and these coconut carrot cake muffins did not disappoint. I find two or even three with my morning tea or coffee it's such a nice way to start the day. They use good ingredients, and the price point for the package is very fair for a quality baked good. Unlike traditional carrot cake these are a little chewy because of the coconut but the coconut flavor is not overwhelming at all . I've tried other versions of their muffins and cakes and I've never been disappointed.
