This is their seasonal grain bowl, not sure when it'll be available till. Chickpea patties, baked mushrooms, pickled cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and fresh herbs on a bed of romaine and quinoa dressed in tamarind vinaigrette! Sounds like there's a lot going on, but I really enjoyed each individual component and felt they came together really well! Really liked the chickpea patties, which differed from their falafels in that the chickpeas were left whole, and were really well seasoned and fragrant. The fresh herbs included mint, which was a bit confusing on the first bite but turned out to be a refreshing contrast to the rest of the ingredients #veganisnotscary
