Review of Basil and Chill Stirfry - 303 at Simply Asia - Sunningdale by taz

We have a bit of a running joke in our house that there are two chefs at our local Simply Asia... One who takes note of whether mild / medium / hot is requested... and another who is seemingly out to kill us with chili no matter what 🌶😂

This dish was definitely made by the latter. To be fair, it has ‘chili’ in the name so what was I thinking 😂

Nonetheless, a very tasty dish! Love how the tofu absorbs the flavours of the dish.
