shared this with a friend and it was surprisingly filling! I personally found that the cross section of the patty really resembled the colour of meat so meat lovers who are looking to go vegan may find the burger less daunting despite it being completely vegan. #veganisnotscary
I'm not sure if the texture resembles beef(?) but I really liked the sauce and the burger on the whole!
