Review of Pulot Hitam (Black Glutinous Rice With Coconut Milk) at Local Food - Yat Ka Yan Dessert by marigoldish

Love this dessert which made up for a disappointing meal I had at another eatery. The glutinous rice was well cooked and didn't have an overly starchy texture. At first I thought the coconut milk was too much but after mixing it in, it was just nice.

The service staff were also very polite.
Hope to try the other desserts soon!
