Nothing beats fluffy waffles accompanied by a scoop of childhood nostalgia, mint choco chip r’ice cream. The vegan ice cream was perfect, it did not melt as fast as I expected it to, holding its shape well, and the waffles were so substantial that I could mop the ice cream up and off the plate.

This heaven on a plate got me to reminisce about the moments as a kid where I would run down to the ice cream aunty to buy mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwiched between two thin wafer biscuits, for a dollar. This filling plate may not be a dollar but it’s definitely worth every dollar you put to getting it. I already miss it.
