Review of Curry Spinach at AKADI PDX by pdxveg

The spinach was cooked with curry sauce, onions, tomatoes, and African spices. Served with fufu, a staple food in most of West Africa that is similar to a dumpling and is made from African yams and yellow corn dough. This was flavorful, nourishing, and satisfying.
