Absolutely delicious, fresh and light, take on a quesadilla. Packed with mushrooms and served in a slightly sweet, red pepper, raw wrap. Their walnut meat upgrade is super flavorful and adds a nice textural element. Fyi, the kale chips that come with it are insanely addictive.
