There are just so many things to love about Trilogy Sanctuary; the oceanview rooftop seating, the good vibes, and all the amazing whole food plant based dishes.

This is a housemade beet burger made with black beans and quinoa. Super moist and flavorful with either sweet potato wedges (pictured) or rosemary potatoes. It comes on a bun but it's also deliciously refreshing on a lettuce wrap.
