Review of Linguine Mushroom ‘Carbonara’ at Privé Asian Civilisations Museum by jashment
One of the things I miss is creamy pasta. While this had the well cooked and flavoured chicken and the pasta nice and al dente, it didn’t have the heavyness I would expect from a creamy pasta. Also found the pasta lacking in a little salt but that’s just me.
Still blown away by how good heura chicken is in anyway dish and glad that prive has made full use of it in both local and western dishes!
