Review of Vegetable Enchiladas at Ed's Cantina & Grill by mallory17

There was nothing super special about these but it was nice to find a few vegan options in a town I didn’t expect much from. Would’ve loved a vegan meat, cheese, and sour cream option. These were made with the same filling as the tacos I think.
