This really did live up to the hype!! It’s one of the top 50 best vegan dishes by abillionveg and oh BOY it’s good! The waffles were not only insanely fluffy, chewy and filled with vanilla goodness, but really really filling (I couldn’t eat dinner after this). I got the passionfruit mango sorbet because I wanted something light to complement the waffles and it did not disappoint! It was tangy, slightly sour and just the right consistency and taste to be paired with the waffles and maple syrup. The staff were also SO sweet they tried to mix in gula melaka into my mum’s waffles cause she mentioned she liked them. please support them!! they are such a good vegan independent cafe and it’s worth the trip, I promise!
