Review of Satay at Victor's Vegetarian Food by suchabohr
THE BEST VEG SATAY (and possibly the best satay) I'VE EVER HAD! The texture was incredibly on point and meaty, but the greatest merit of this satay is the char. damnnnnn. The satay is nice and smokey, and there are even burnt bits on the 'meat'!
This transcends vegetarian food imo, and can compete in the same league as the best meat satays. My strongly anti-vegan friend enjoyed it too! 100% will be back for more :))))
the peanut sauce is on the thinner side, but given the generous serving, you dont need to worry about running out. the onions are missing here but thats bc its a buddhist vegetarian stall, so no complaints here.
