This is an ala carte dim sum. Three steamed dumpling with 3 vegetables - mushrooms carrot & turnip. The trio is served in a traditional bamboo steam basket. The dumpling skin has a glutinous rice texture. It is hot steaming & moist when bite into it. Chinese dim sum is so delicate! Savouring the flavour & art.
