Review of Silk Lasagna with Broccoli Riso and Cashew Nut Sand at Joie by fourdollars

One of my top 3 favourite dishes from Joie. This silk lasagna was really silky smooth almost like melted cheese texture somehow?? I wonder how they achieved that! The layers were tasty and I love how the chopped broccoli top layer looked like grass in top of soil! Isn't the presentation was just so, so lovely? The cashew sand was also sooooo good I couldn't help but scraped it clean off the plate! Absolutely recommend ordering this.
