Green bean soup is a cooling and detoxifying Asian dessert which is great for hot summer days! 🌞 It is also suitable for those who ate too much deep-fried or heaty food.

It is easy to make this dessert. Soak green beans overnight, rinsed well and add fresh water to cook until they become soft but not mushy. I did not use the usual pandan leaves and white sugar for this dessert. I chose osmanthus black sugar and dried osmanthus as garnishing. The aroma of osmanthus and the unique flavour of black sugar uplift the taste 😋 of this dessert.
