Review of Vegan Stake Bake at Greggs by immissnothing

This tastes really similar to the regular steak bake. Very meaty and tasty. The pastry is on point too, and it’s obvious it’s vegan due to the pattern on the outside which I find reassuring. The texture is different to regular steak bakes as the ‘meat’ is less chunky (I have had multiple though and some are chunkier than others), and more like a steak, gravy, and onion bake than just steak. It’s also fairly salty but the original is too so that’s not a problem to me at all. Having these available across the country for relatively cheap is amazing and I’m so happy veganism has become this accessible
