Review of Chick’n Katsu Burger at Roots Aberdeen by simplyhan

Based on the beachfront at Aberdeen Esplanade, Roots Catering have been a very welcome addition to the local vegan scene.

The burger itself is seitan in panko breadcrumbs, topped with a comforting katsu sauce and tangy pickle, with lettuce hidden underneath.

This is a MEAL and you might struggle to get your nashers around it, but you won’t regret the face mess as it’s so worth it.

Pair this up with the Korean fries and your belly will be in food heaven. #willows
