Review of Tom Yam Noodle Soup at Vegan Bowl by miriamy

This soup was pleasant but I wouldn’t deem it Tom Yum soup. The tom yum base was nonexistent with barely any spice. However, it is a hearty soup that contains a wide variety of ingredients like mushrooms, veggies, cherry tomatoes and udon. Overall, it didn’t fulfil my expectations, but it tastes like a nourishing and nostalgic home-cooked meal.
