Review of Plant-Based Truffled Mushroom Swiss Burger at Privé CHIJMES by waisum

This was a solid 10/10 for me! Definitely prefer Beyond to Impossible as a burger patty. I found it less gamey (could be due to the truffle masking it) but still retained the juicy chunky texture reminiscent of meat. Loved the gooey cheese, caramelized onions, sloppy shrooms – a truly all hands on deck burger experience that I totally enjoyed and savoured 🤤😋🤗
