I am a sucker for coconuts or anything coconut flavoured 🥥 The ice cream & cookie co. produces a wide range of vegan ice creams that never disappoints. This tropical coconut ice cream has a very strong coconut flavour to it which i absolutely adore. I find that leaving it out of the freezer for a while to let it slightly melt makes consumption a whole lot better as it gives it a creamy, soft and smooth consistency, as compared to consuming it straight out of the freezer while it’s solid.
