Review of The One With The Truffle at Purezza Brighton by miriamy

The pizza crust as thick on the edges created by the wood fire (delicious!) and thinner toward the middle, with a beautiful layer of truffle base mozzarella cheese which isn’t overly cheesy or pungent (perfect if you don’t really fancy traditional thick and flavourful vegan cheeses). The wood smoked tofu, mushrooms added good texture and protein to the dish (which is always appreciated!). Overall, very worth it, but it is on the pricier end.
