Protip: use a fork instead of spoon it cuts through the thicc frozen cake better! The texture of the cake was very interesting, kind of like a crumbly and powdery ice cream cake...not sure I was a fan of it but the matcha taste is definitely on point! And you can't have matcha without red bean so I'm really glad it was on the plate. The salted almond flakes were a nice touch too.
