The fried rice is always a safe option for vegans when there is some confusion in communicating whats admissible and whats not especially to staff in hotels. So this was quickly made. Very filling and needed when you are going to be walking a lot, exploring the wonders of Siem Reap. i.e. Bayon, Angkor Wat etc.
