Review of Hainanese Chicken Rice at Privé Tiong Bahru by jashment

Never in a million years did I EVER think I was going to have the quintessential Singapore Chicken Rice ever again when I stopped eating meat. I had this and Holy cow🐄 I was BLOWN away by how close in flavour it was to the real thing! (I think I might have even gotten a little emotional when I took my first few bites)


So glad I got to finally come here and try it after seeing everyone’s review. This couldn’t come at any higher of a recommendation. Even my omni friend was impressed by how close it was to the real deal!

Thank you @yuan and the Prive team for continuously experimenting and making what I thought was impossible possible. Allowing me to enjoy flavours that I had associated with being home, a reality.
