This is the new raw pizza! So much better than the previous one. The tastes are so beautifully balanced it is beautiful! Beetroot hummous as the sauce on a fermented sunflower seed base. The vegan cheese is super satisfying and the pineapple adds a little kick to the sensorial experience. Really good choice! This is my favourite on the new menu so far (still have a few dishes to try).
