as usual the buns tasted super nice!! really nice mix of fluffy but sturdy and yet still very wholesome tasting! the patty was breaded mushroom stems which gave a really nice texture and bite! (2nd pic) not exactly mimicking meat but i don’t mind it at all! the cashew cheese sauce had a nice hummus like texture, but didn’t exactly taste cheesy, maybe could have done with a more generous portion of nutritional yeast with it but overall still a really yummy burger with a shot of vinegar drink to wash it all down! could be a little cheaper, at $9.90 but still relatively affordable :”)
