Oh my Schnitzel! Our favourite Schnitzeys are almost too good to be true. How can we be so sure? Well, they are meat-free and egg-free, crunchy, crispy and golden on the outside, and tender on the inside.

These are passable chicken substitutes and good with chips and peas! They are moist but I will add a little mushroom sauce or vegan parsley sauce next time #ashers
