Review of Baked Pandan Mooncake at Dongshan Eastern Highland Healthy Cake House by deinocheirus
My first vegan mooncake! Don’t take my word for it ‘cause it’s hard to conclude the actual taste and texture when it came right out the fridge... but to me, it was rather bland. I can’t actually taste much of the pandan. Texture was a little strange, possibly because I’m so used to oily mooncakes. I bet there’s better vegan mooncakes out there.
