The BVB certainly lived up to it’s name. The patty made with vegetable protein, lentils, brown rice, oats, flax seed was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. Topped with
avo, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, a tangy BBQ mayo sauce, served with sweet potato fries and a creamy vegan aioli. Well worth it! 🌱👊
