Review of Avocado & Tofu Vegan Salad at Kraftwich by Swissbake (Raffles Place) by bigfatnyancat

I usually dont like salads but this is quite good. Best parts are the beans/chickpea mix and the balsamic tofu. The tofu is nicely flavored, and the ume wafu dressing mixed with all the greens and chickpeas gives a slight tangy taste. Appetizing and not heavy on the stomach.
